Why is it important for Muslims to do umrah?

But Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) said this, according to a Hadith:
“If you hear that a disease is spreading in a certain country, don’t go there.
And it happens where you are, so don’t go somewhere else to escape it.”

Based on this Hadith, we shouldn’t try to go beyond the limits that have been set for us for almost 1,400 years.
